Executive Order #13575 – The Final Weaponization of Food!

On June 9th the current White House occupant signed Executive Order #13575 to create what are called “Rural Councils” — the Czars are coming to the farms and the current Administration continues with its program of seizing control of the “commanding heights” of the American economy.

Executive Order #13575 creates a White House Rural Council. The new council consists of 25 Cabinet Secretaries, chaired by the Secretary of Agriculture.

The mission of the Council is to:
“…work across executive departments, agencies, and offices to coordinate development of policy recommendations to promote economic prosperity and quality of life in rural America, and shall coordinate my Administration’s engagement with rural communities…”

The order also provides that the Rural Council will “coordinate and increase the effectiveness of Federal engagement with rural stakeholders, including agricultural organizations, small businesses, education and training institutions, healthcare providers, telecommunications service providers, research and land grant institutions, law enforcement, State, local, and tribal governments, and non-governmental organizations regarding the needs or rural America.”

Please note the glaring omissions from the list: FARMERS and CONSUMERS. Namely, those who engage with each other on the market to actually satisfy consumer demand…

The order concludes: “This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.”

The threat is clear!

Hungary Destroys All Monsanto GMO Corn Fields

Hungary has taken a bold stand against biotech giant Monsanto and genetic modification by destroying 1000 acres of maize found to have been grown with genetically modified seeds, according to Hungary deputy state secretary of the Ministry of Rural Development Lajos Bognar. Unlike many European Union countries, genetically modified (GM) seeds are banned in Hungary. In a similar stance against GM ingredients, Peru has also passed a 10-year banon GM foods.

Planetsave reports:

Almost 1000 acres of maize found to have been grown with genetically modified seeds have been destroyed throughout Hungary deputy state secretary of the Ministry of Rural Development Lajos Bognar said. The GMO maize has been ploughed under, said Lajos Bognar, but pollen has not spread from the maize, he added.

Unlike several EU members, GMO seeds are banned in Hungary. The checks will continue despite the fact that seed traders are obliged to make sure that their products are GMO free, Bognar said.

During their investigation, controllers have found Pioneer and Monsanto products among the seeds planted.

The free movement of goods within the EU means that authorities will not investigate how the seeds arrived in Hungary but they will check where the goods can be found, Bognar said. Regional public radio reported that the two biggest international seed producing companies are affected in the matter and GMO seeds could have been sown on up to thousands of hectares in the country. Most of the local farmers have complained since they just discovered they were using GMO seeds.

With season already under way, it is too late to sow new seeds, so this years harvest has been lost.

And to make things even worse for the farmers, the company that distributed the seeds in Baranya county is under liquidation. Therefore, if any compensation is paid by the international seed producers, the money will be paid primarily to that company’s creditors, rather than the farmers.

Hey everyone as you might have figured if your a regular visitor to the site I have stop my posting for quiet awhile.

1st reason, I have other projects that acquire most of my intention

2nd many of my major posts that we’re getting a lot of attention have been removed from many search engines and are not really accessible through them… So I let the site go for awhile until I can get things back to normal… If not, the posts are still here on the site, they are just not receiving the attention they deserve. The site went from 250-300 original visitors a day down to 15-80 a day within 1 single day… which pin points that some people didn’t want this information to been seen. Duh.

No worries because what I have up my sleeve for the rest of my time here on Earth will be much more then this site could ever do, so I will always have it here for information gathers to keep researching and compiling their own theories of what’s going on.

Either way, I thought I’d let you all know what’s going on.

It’s 6 a.m. and a groggy Ken Wright is getting ready to start the day. Thinking about jumping in the shower, getting the coffee on, and waking the kids …

Suddenly noise from outside draws his attention, and he looks out the window. He sees dozens of black-clad, armored men swarming on his lawn, and now someone is pounding on the front door. As he starts down the stairs in his boxer shorts, the front door shatters, and the heavily armed men charge into the house pointing guns and shouting orders. They grab Wright, drag him from the home, throw him down in the front lawn and roughly handcuff him as the neighbors look on in horror. Wright is placed into a police cruiser and then sees the black-clad figures with their guns and body armor dragging his three children, aged 3, 9 and 11, out of the house screaming and crying. They too are locked in the police cruiser where Wright can at least talk to them and try to calm them down. The search of the house goes on for six hours as Wright and the children sit helplessly in the hot police cruiser wondering what it’s all about.

Is it the FBI raiding a suspected terrorist cell? The DEA busting a major cocaine smuggling ring? A local SWAT team searching for a murdered wife?

No, it’s a team of agents from the U.S. Department of Education Office of the Inspector General, or EDOIG, looking for evidence of student loan fraud.

The Department of Education? With guns, armor and battering rams?

This is not some far-fetched TV script or the delusional rantings of a kooky conspiracy theorist. These are the facts as reported by local Stockton, Calif., media.

Apparently the EDOIG agents were looking for evidence in an investigation of Wright’s estranged wife Michelle, who does not currently reside in the home. It is not yet clear whether the EDOIG agents knew that Michelle Wright no longer lived there or that the children were in the home.

I have long been vocal in my strenuous objection to “no-knock” and “announce and enter” search warrants. I believe they, and the paramilitary forces and tactics employed to serve them, are not only an affront to the Fourth Amendment, but are inherently dangerous to all concerned. Their use in certain types of cases dealing with drug gangs, kidnapping, murder and terrorism might sometimes be justified, but their use in the vast majority of cases is simply unjustifiable. Military tactics employed in a case of student aid fraud – by an agency of federal bean-counters – goes well beyond unjustifiable and solidly into the realm of criminal.

I have previously raised concerns about the Department of Education and various other bureaucratic agencies within the federal government, developing their own law enforcement agencies with full arrest powers and special assault forces. Over a year ago I raised an alarm after the EDOIG put out a request for bids to purchase 27 Remington 870s, 12-gauge shotguns with 14-inch barrels and special, adjustable stocks. The quote request included a brief statement explaining that such 14-inch Remington 870s were the “only shotguns authorized for ED based on compatibility with ED existing shotgun inventory, certified armor and combat training and protocol, maintenance and parts.”

That statement raised even more questions. Specifically, why did the Department of Education have an “existing shotgun inventory” and “certified armor,” and why on earth would they have “combat training and protocol”?

Exploring those questions led to the startling revelation that Inspectors General for over two dozen federal agencies – from the Environmental Protection Agency to the Department of Veteran’s Affairs to NASA – have been authorized by Congress to seek law enforcement powers from the Attorney General without having to demonstrate any proof of need or ability. At this point it is not totally clear just how many of those IGs have taken advantage of the opportunity, but even just one is way too many – as demonstrated by the outrageous raid on Ken Wright’s home.

What if Wright had not realized that the people breaking down his front door were law enforcement? What if he had grabbed a gun to protect his home from the violent invaders? As I have previously reported, exactly that scenario played out in Tucson last month when Pima County Sherriff deputies raided the home of José Guerena.

Guerena was shot some 60 times and died at the scene. The debacle is still under investigation. Similar tragedies are all too common with innocent victims, non-violent offenders and officers paying with their lives.

How could anyone possibly justify placing Wright and his children’s lives – not to mention the lives of the EDOIG agents – in such jeopardy over allegations of fraudulent student loans?

The federal agent who swore out the warrant against Wrights home, the agents who executed it and the judge who signed it should all face serious disciplinary action as should any agency or judge executing or issuing such warrants in such a cavalier and clearly reckless manner.

Meanwhile, Congress needs to repeal the law authorizing law enforcement powers for bureaucracies. Federal thugs – as these agents proved themselves to be – have no business coming into our communities and crashing into people’s homes – regardless of the validity of the allegations.

There is one heck of a story to be told about what is happening on, and especially inside the Moon. I have been connecting the dots with regard to the Moon for the best part of two years and it is clear to me that it is not a ‘natural’ body, but a control system that is manipulating our sense of reality to make us the slave race of those who are doing it.

The anomalies and mysteries surrounding the Moon are legion and its origin (if you ignore the official and untenable assumptions) is unknown. It is a massive body to be a satellite of a small planet like Earth. It is 2,160 miles in diameter, bigger than Pluto and the fifth largest moon in the solar system. By rights, it shouldn’t be there and as Irwin Shapiro, from the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, said: ‘The best explanation for the Moon is observational error – the Moon doesn’t exist.’

The Moon is not ‘real’? What? Yes, but hold on. There is an important point to make here. If people are going to grasp what is happening they need a blank sheet of paper when it comes to judging what is meant by ‘big’. Remember that humans have been held in a mind prison for aeons. We don’t know what ‘big’ is, or how such structures and technology of extraordinary size (to us) can be produced.

We have been living in a tiny, tiny perception bubble and the cutting edge of human technology (that we see) is the Stone Age in terms of what is possible. Once you cross the Rubicon and enter an understanding of what reality truly is and how it works, you can move forward in enormous leaps technologically and in others ways. This is what we are dealing with here. Technological capability that makes a lot of science fiction look tame. Imagine you are sitting in a cave knocking rocks together and someone told you it was possible to build a Jumbo Jet or a Space Shuttle. You’d say it was impossible, crazy. The guy’s been drinking too much mammoth juice.

But this is the kind of chasm that people are being challenged to cross in terms of their perception of the possible. The suppression of information, and so the suppression of the perception of the possible, is one of the great ways the true scale of the conspiracy stays hidden. It means that when people like me say this or that is happening, the perception censor kicks in and says: ‘That’s not possible.’ No, it is not possible for us to do it. Others can do it and they are.

The payroll tax affects every single American who gets up to go to work. Even though employers are responsible for collecting this tax, the tax is ultimately passed on to the employee. I guess Obama wants to make up for the tax revenue lost from the people he put out of work.

Obama’s power-abusing trip doesn’t end there. Not satisfied with kicking regular Americans while they’re down, he’s also proposing a 62% tax rate for high income earners. Welcome back to the 1970s, where under Jimmy Carter the highest tax rate was at a whopping 70%! Keep in mind Obama’s tax hikes will be in addition to the upcoming tax increases that will take effect when the Bush tax cuts expire in 2012.

Progressives in Washington want to repeal the Bush tax cuts (tax breaks for people who make $250,000 or more.) On their campaign to gain support for axing the tax cuts, the Dems vilified the recipients characterizing them as “rich” and “undeserving of the money they earned.” In reality, people who receive the Bush tax cuts are small businesses, married couples and JOB CREATORS.

The Democrats have a lot more up their sleeves. They’ve levied additional taxes on investment income and are pushing for more tax increases on capital gains. If the Dems succeed in repealing the Bush tax cuts, the capital gains tax rates will rise from 15% to 22%.

While most of us aren’t lucky enough to be high earners, that doesn’t mean we will be immune to Obama’s frantic scramble to pay off the debt he created. Letting the Bush tax cuts expire and forcing the rich to dump more of their money in Obama’s special interests piggy bank will kill any chance we have for an economic recovery.

Hey Trader Joe, Why You Waste’n Food?

Trader Joe’s prides itself on being popular — because it is. “Your neighborhood grocery store” has hundreds of stores around the country. Hip, cool stores with a great selection of organic foods and employees who wear cheerful Hawaiian shirts.

But Trader Joe’s isn’t actually doing all it can to be a good neighbor. There’s one thing Trader Joe’s refuses do for its customers and their communities: stop wasting food.

Every night, Trader Joe’s throws away healthy, edible food rather than donate it to homeless shelters and food pantries, contributing to a huge, nationwide problem with food waste – a 96-billion-pounds-per-year problem.

That’s why Jeremy Seifert, maker of the award-winning documentary “Dive!” about food waste, started a Change.org petition to call on Trader Joe’s CEO Dan Bane, VP of Marketing Matt Sloan, and public relations director Allison Mochizuki to address their company food waste policy.

In scenes from “Dive!” Jeremy shows Trader Joe’s dumpsters full of food — a dozen eggs thrown away because one was cracked, a crate of bananas tossed because of a few brown spots, intact packages of fresh spinach stacked in the trash — and says, “it’s about more than not wasting food.
