These ratings and statements are purely my own, of course with beer or even foods, some people will love it, and others will not. So the best way to really know, is to try it. I will though offer you an idea of beers to stay away from, mostly because of the lack of quality from the brewers.
Brewer Rating: A+
Beer Rating: A
Notes: Upon opening this delicate masterpiece a swift aroma of maple and oak
tingle the senses. The head is light and clears quickly. The head that is left is a sweet bubble foam that is like drinking the head off of real root beer. Then quickly the taste goes from this maple and oak to a sweet bite of bitterness
which is quickly taken back over by the warmth and sweetness of the sugars
in this beer.
One beer is usually enough from the alcohol content and the hops to make you
feel warm upon finishing this brewing work of art! Highly suggested.
Also suggested Warmed on the stove to a tea’s temperature.

Castle Brewery Eggenberg
Product of Austria
Brewed only once a year on December 6th. Samichlaus is aged for 10 months before bottling. This specialty is perhaps the rarest in the worl. Samichlaus may be aged for many years to come. Older Vintages become more complex with a creamy warming finish.
